  5. to  know  about the Battle of Britain.  Written in Hyperbook,
  6. it  covers every angle of the battle, including the number of
  7. planes/soldiers involved, who was in charge, who shot who etc
  8. etc  etc.   A  whole dumper truck full of information at your
  9. fingertips.

  19. The  use  of  a  flash  gun is an extremely important part of
  20. photography.   Everyone who takes pictures, seriously or just

  22. they  do  is  switch it on in blissful ignorance and hope for
  23. the  best.   The contents of this disk is a tutorial designed
  24. to  help  get  better results at both basic and more advanced
  25. levels.

  36. children   aged   5  and  older.   The  user  interface  used
  37. throughout  has been kept as uniform as possible, all buttons

  39. action  'clicking'  the  button will produce.  The activities
  40. included on here are Colouring Pad, Dot 2 Dot, Pairs, Picture
  41. Slide, Music Maker, Word Search and I Spy.

  45. RM  is  a  cheap  but  extremely powerful tool to help people
  46. revise  for  exams.   If your a student with an Amiga and are
  47. not  using RM, you are missing out on this excellent program,
  48. whether  you  are  doing  GCSE's,  A-Levels, at university or
  49. whatever.  However, the program has many other uses too.  How
  50. about if your going on holiday abroad and want to brush up on
  51. your language skills?, RM will help you.  If your taking your
  52. driving test why not let RM test you on the highway code?  If
  53. your an Amiga coder, you could even use RM to help you become
  54. familiar  with  commands,  the  uses of RM are unlimited.  In
  55. fact  just about anything in life which requires a good sound
  56. knowledge  of  something, RM can be used!  With RM, YOU enter
  57. the  questions  and answers into the program to suit your own
  58. knowledge.   It's important that you balance the questions at
  59. the correct level, ie.  don't make them too easy or too hard.
  60. You  could  even  get  a  friend to produce the questions and
  61. answers  for  you  if  you  like  to  make it more difficult.
  62. Entering  questions  yourself  then being tested on them when
  63. you've  already  entered  the answer yourself may seem pretty
  64. ridiculous  at first, but it isn't.  By the time you build up
  65. libraries  of  questions over several weeks and start testing
  66. yourself  on  them  later, you'll have to perform well to get
  67. them all correct and will find it challenging.

  95. This is a continuation of disk 4207.  This programme has been
  96. written  in  Amigaguide,  as  it  is  easy and simple to use.
  97. There are no maps as it is just an A to Z of world countries.
  98. Included  are  enough items of interest to make it acceptable
  99. as a quick reference guide for which it is intended.  Being a
  100. reference  guide this programme should be used in conjunction
  101. with  an up to date atlas.  The author has included locations
  102. which make the countries easy to find.  He has covered all of
  103. the  worlds  countries  and  most of the islands belonging to
  104. those  countries  with  the  exception of a few isolated tiny
  105. islands due to being unable to gain any information.

  109. An  enjoyable  and informative presentation on the science of
  110. technology.   This  presentation  aims to explain how and why
  111. weather  formations  occur  and  shows  the  various physical
  112. processes  going  on  in  the atmosphere.  To do this we must
  113. explore  the  Earth  in  space,  the  oceans, the land and of
  114. course  the  atmosphere.  In this interactive program you can
  115. investigate the weather in our temperature latitudes and look
  116. at the special weather informations in the tropics.  So let's
  117. grab a brolly and get on with it!

  121. Animal  Land  is aimed at 4yrs and upwards to aid children in
  122. recognising numbers using animals and animations to help them
  123. remember.  It also gives the child an insight as to where and
  124. what  a  particular animal lives and looks like.  the program
  125. is  also  designed  so  that  the parent can join in with the
  126. child  while  the  child learns and plays.  After loading you
  127. will  be  asked  were a certain animal lives using either the
  128. numbers  on  the  top  of  the  computer or the numeric kepad
  129. located  on the right of the main key pad.  Get your child to
  130. find  the number on the screen and the to find that number on
  131. the computer.  Asking the child what number they are pressing
  132. will  encourage  them  to  recognise  the  numbers as well as
  133. count.

  137. The  Hitchhiker's  Guide to the Galaxy states "The best drink
  138. in existence is the Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster".  The author
  139. was  unable to locate the recipe for that one, so these other
  140. 1000  will  have  to  suffice.   The  program lets you browse
  141. through a 1000 drink mixes, complete with separate ingredient
  142. listings  and  preparation  instructions.   Hmm, interesting,
  143. always  wondered how they made the salt stick to the rim of a
  144. Margereta, well now I know!

  148. A  very simple words and pictures program.  Great fun for the
  149. younger kids!

  153. CP   is  the  most  advanced,  feature-packed  kid's  package
  154. currently  available  on  any system.  That is what they will
  155. say  when  the  full  version  is  released!!   Incorporating
  156. full-screen   animation   with   an  advanced  GUI  and  full
  157. customisation, CP truly represents the ultimate in children's
  158. software.   Add a wealth of fun-packed features and you can't
  159. help  wondering  why  something  this  great hasn't been done
  160. before!   CP  is currently at version 0.205, with 0.25 coming
  161. soon.   Only  the  paint  package  side  of  the  software is
  162. available  at  this  stage,  but  more  and more parts of the
  163. system will be included as version after version is released.
  164. It  concentrates on fun, graphics, power and ease of use.  It
  165. represents   a   new  era  in  software  -  CP  is  the  most
  166. user-friendly  software  on  any  platform  -  a  major point
  167. considering  it has been designed for kids.  But what are you
